This Oklahoma Lifeline plan is offered only to Oklahoma residents and includes 1000 voice minutes or 1000 text messages.

Are You Eligible For The Oklahoma Lifeline Cell Phone Program

For a Free cell phone and low-cost wireless service through the Lifeline Cell Phone Program, Oklahoma residents must participate in one of the following government assistance programs:
